Like many of the other strollers we have reviewed like the City Mini, the City Mini has a huge canopy that is UV50 and which parents rave about. The sun shade is designed well and is able to be pulled all the way down. This is great as it shields your child from sun without the need to constantly put the shade back into place.
Another great characteristic of the City Mini is that it can be transformed into a double stroller by attaching an accessory kit. This gives you the option of using any Baby Jogger car seat and creating an entire travel system right from the beginning. The only drawback is the fact that adding a second car seat to the stroller changes its look and feel. Some parents might find this difficult to manage once they become accustomed to it.
The City Mini GT Double Stroller is another alternative to the City Mini. It is a bit more expensive than the single City Mini but it does have extra features, like "forever air" rubber suspension and tyres, making it suitable for off-road excursions. It also comes with an adjustable handlebar as well as a hand-operated parking brake, which makes it more comfortable to use than the standard City Mini.
